Hospital jobsMedicine for the ElderlyThe post is based at the Homerton Hospital and provides experience in acute elderly and general medicine and there is integration of general and geriatric medicine for all acutely ill patients admitted to the hospital. There is an active postgraduate teaching programme for doctors doing MRCP and also on teaching rounds. There is a weekly outpatient clinic with a mix of general medical and elderly patients which the SHO is encouraged to attend. A partial shift operates. |
