Residential Course
There is an annual three-day residential course. The course varies each year and is about practice management or the practicalities and problems of working as a GP in the year 2000 onwards.
 The course offers the opportunity to enjoy your colleagues'company in very pleasant surroundings with good food and drink.
The course aims to cover the financial aspects of general practice and the issues facing a doctor joining a practice or setting up in practice. There has been discussion of opportunities in the East End of London with input from the Health Authority. Learning is a mixture of experimental and traditional techniques. Experts in GP accountancy and BMA experts on contracts support the course organisers and local trainers in running the course.
